Not proxied: Marketing site and member app. No scan data crosses Cloudflare.
Data crossing Cloudflare: An email address and a city. Not GDPR Article 9 special category data.
Why the form is served here too: JavaScript detections are injected into HTML only, never into API calls. Serving the page here is what makes js_detection.passed usable.
